Also, contact your finial institution(i.e. bank) that assign the method(s) of payment you are using. Perhaps, this is not going through because it is seen as a scam, on the bank's part?

I think you need to call Support for assistance. It may be an account problem. See the Apple Support articles below for contact information.

When I add on my phone my transactions are declined. While it refused to update when I attempted on Apple support
I have attempted to add my Visa and Mastercard and they are still declined. Please is there a way to resolve this from the back end?
