Watching videos on my apple iPhone 10
When I am watching a video on my iphone if I want to turn it so that it is panoramic it won’t turn so that it is larger.

I understand from your post that when watching videos you are unable to view the video while in landscape mode. It could be due to the app you are using to watch videos. This article has some information on why you may not be able to rotate the screen:

"Some apps don't support rotation, so your screen might not rotate even if Portrait Orientation Lock isn't turned on."
