iPhone 11 Pro voice mail greeting
I cannot record a custom greeting on my iPhone. When I try to save the recorded message I get the following message: âcom.apple.mobile-phone error 1035â

If you havenât already, update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS and then Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Make sure you can use cellular data without any issues. You can view how to do this here:
Check the cellular data usage on your iPhone and iPad
After that, go through the steps under, âGet help with Visual Voicemailâ from this link:
Set up Visual Voicemail on your iPhone
If you still have issues, call your voicemail system and reset your voicemail password. You may need to reach out to your carrier for info on how to do this. Restart your iPhone after this and test again:
