How do I transfer a song from iTunes on my laptop to my iPhone 11? I don't have Apple Music or Apple Match. I bought one accompaniment track and want it on my phone but can't figure out how to get it out of iTunes on my Mac.

If you bought it from iTunes just open the iTunes Store app on your phone and download it. There should be a download icon in the store rather than a buy indication. If you didn’t buy it from iTunes but you got it from some other source, drag and drop it onto iTunes to add it to the iTunes library, then sync it as described in the link below.
