Thank you for contacting Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems like a purchase could not be completed. You may need to change the payment method used, and contact Apple directly if necessary.


Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods


If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store
