How and from where can I download the Apple Health App for iOS 13?

I find no Apple Health App heart icon on my iOS 13.4.1 iPhone.  I can't find out how to download the iOS 13 Apple Health app. I do have the iOS 13 Activity App.

No Apple iOS 13 Health app is in my account 'Purchased Apps’ on the iOS 13 Appstore app. On the web there is plenty of discussion of how to use Apple Health App, and how great it is, but nothing about how to get the app.

No Apple Health app when searching the iOS app store on the iPhone.  Lots of third party Apple Appstore apps wanting to sell me stuff.

My Apple devices: iPhone iOS 13.4.1, Apple Watch Series 5, MacBook Pro macOS 10.15.4 -- it was all so simple, when I could manage iOS apps from my computer.

This follows buying an Apple Series 5 watch, $350, which couldn't be used with my iPhone at the time; no warning on that. I buy an iOS 13 iPhone; watch set up is confusing and time consuming.

All the Activity app does, is refer me to an Apple sales pitch. Time spent at apple support and elsewhere on the web is wasted. I find nothing about where to download Apple Health app, and no picture of Apple Health iOS icon, which I think is a heart like the one in iOS 13 settings. I have glimpsed such an icon in Apple pictures.

Thank you for any assistance you can give me.

The health app is built into iOS and cannot be deleted (thus its also not in your purchase history as only built in apps that can be deleted would be there - Remove built-in Apple apps from the Home screen on your iOS 10 device or Apple Watch - Apple Support

What happens when you search iOS for “Health”? The app should be the top search hit.

Thank you  all for your assistance. However, still no Apple Health icon on my home screen.

I have, with my iOS 13.4.1 iPhone swiped right; searched ‘Health’ from search field: search shows app, icon shows in search, and opens app. However, icon does not appear on home screen, nor in any folder. Icon appears as recently opened app in ’Swipe right’ screen.

I have powered down the iPhone and restarted multiple times.

Unpaired and then again paired watch. Saw screens I did not see before on the watch.

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203037 does not speak to ‘lost’ home screen icon, as far as I can find.  Search on page for ‘icon’ or 'Home' give null result.

No mention of ‘Health’ on https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204221 i.e. Apple Support Webpage "Built-in apps you can remove from your Home screen”
