Mail refuses to send emails, but I have no problem receiving them..

My emails seem to sit in my outbox for weeks before they are sent, I have tried deleting my Gmail accounts and re-adding with no luck + I seem to be able to receive emails no problem.

All Accounts via Mail also have the tendency to disconnect from online frequently as well.

Tips to troubleshoot?
