iPhone Xs keyboard letters stopped working
Help I’m unable to type the letters ** or H. On my iPhone keyboard when texting or simply searching what could be wrong. My iPhone is barely a year old.

If I understand correctly, there are 3 keys that are not working on the iPhone. If it happens in multiple apps it may be a screen not responding to touch issue.
If you are not using the keyboard, does the screen have spots that are not responding to touch?
- "Restart your device.
- Make sure your screen is clean and free of any debris or water.
- Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories. If your screen works after removing an accessory, try using a different outlet, cable, or charger.
- Remove any cases or screen protectors.
If part of your screen doesn't respond, responds intermittently, or responds even when it's not touched, contact Apple Support for your iPhone or iPad."
