Why can’t I send pictures to android users?

Have you checked with your cellular provider to be certain you have a plan that includes MMS?

Is the MMS option turned on in settings on your phone?

Is cellular data enabled on your phone?

The problem just started today. I’ve checked everything with the phone settings. The last thing I have to do is check with my provider.
