Safari unable to locate address
I just purchased an IPhone 11, activated it and realized the App Store and ITunes app are missing. When I try to access or download either it says Safari unable to locate address.

The App Store and iTunes cannot be removed from the iPhone. While they can be restricted, you would have had to added the restrictions. See this for how to search for the apps on the iPhone. Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
