Get Verification Code from old location

Hi Guys if i make changes of country or region why still the verification code sent to me from old location how to fix that because are two options to Allow or to change the password of Apple ID and another question is the Apple ID that i use now it was used by my mom i make some change today but on Apple store when i go to Personalised recommendations in account info it still appear my mom's birth year

If you have changed your phone number, have you updated the phone number on your Apple ID? The reason you are seeing your mom's information is you are using an Apple ID that is still associated with your mom's information. You need to log into the ID and change the information.

Since you changed your country or region, use the support links below in dealing with your problem.


See Changing your Apple ID country or region see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201389  Be sure and use the support options below. See this heading especially What to do before you change your country or region.

 

·      Spend any store credit remaining on your Apple ID. Learn what to do if your remaining store credit is less than the cost of a single item.

·      Cancel any subscriptions, including Apple Music, and wait until the end of the subscription period. 

·      Wait for any memberships, pre-ordersmovie rentals, or Season Passes to complete, and wait for any pending store credit refunds to process.

·      Make sure that you have a payment method for your new country or region.

·      Redownload your apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books on any devices that you might use to play or read them in the future. That's because some types of content might not be available in your new country or region. (Learn what types of content and services are available in your new country or region.)
