Issue in ringtone playing

Hi there,

Recently my both ringtone types (original and downloaded) in my iPhone 11 pro are turning down without touching anything!

means at the beginning of ringing, sound is normal and loud but in next ringings is getting more and more reduced till silent somehow and automatically

Although I’ve reset it but the issue is still there.

what is the problem in your point of view?
