I am trying to share files between my iphone and a Windows 10 laptop. Both can see each other and connected. When I select a file and then 'share', bluetooth isn't available under my various options. How do I make bluetooth available?

I have tried with iTunes but 'File Sharing' doesn't appear as an option in the left hand side of my itunes menu, as per your support links, which is why I am now trying with bluetooth

If not maybe use iCloud or other online storage / mail your self etc.
