If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.

Por cierto, este es un foro de usuarios. No estas hablando con representates de Apple, ni Soporte de Apple. Nosotros, como usuarios iguales a ti no podemos desbloquear tu cuenta.
