Connection to iTunes on Windows computer

Hi,


I have two Windows computers both running the latest version of iTunes. I am able to connect my iPhone 6s without any problems but both my iPads will not connect. I have reset one of the iPads and erased all data but this has not fixed the problem Can you please assist
