Activating iPod

I got my iPod touch disabled. Connecting it to iTunes, I login from my PC and can see the account details. However, while trying to login to my iPod, it says Incorrect Apple ID and “..... cannot be used to unlock this iPod touch”.

Is there any help, pls?

You are dealing with Activation Lock an anti-theft function. You cannot use the iPod with knowing the ID and password. See:
