How to make reservations

We, as other users, would not know which store is your "closest". You need to go through Apple support (link is in the upper right corner of this page), detail your problem, and Apple will suggest one or more options.

Please note that not all stores are open; they also have limited hours and Genius Bar appointments are very difficult to get right now.

I want to make an appointment to purchase a new mac air and iPhone

I can not figure out how to make a reservation in the store. I click on manage reservations, it then says " I do not have a reservation ". I can not see how to make one, please help.

OK - I think I want to buy a Macbook pro 13" - and I want to have on-the-go connectivity. I guess it's the middle of the range one? I also need a new iPhone SE as my SE1st generation one is giving up on me! I need to make an appointment to get a battery replaced on my iPhone (for the second time in the last 6 months) at my Apple store in Bethesda, MD. My phone has almost no juice left so I cannot call to make the appointment. Can it be made online?
