I bought Storage, 200 gigs and it still is telling me my storage is full
The device you bought doesn't have 200 GB's of storage. That's in iCloud.
If you want more storage on the device your either buy a new one with more storage or delete things from your device to free space up.

You can not increase on device storage.
iCloud is online backup and does nothing to increase on device storage space
If your phone's storage is full, you have to delete stuff from the phone.
You can buy a specific flash drive that takes photos off ur iPhone. All you have to do is stick the flashdrive In the charger place. You can purchase it on amazon. It should free up space on you iPhone if you have a lot of photos
