I'm trying to get logged in to my old apple ID. I know the password but it keeps sending a verification code to my old phone which I don't have and I also don't remember the number. Can y'all help me recover my account plz? Thanks.

You need another trusted device or telephone number.

A trusted device is an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 9 and later, or a Mac with OS X El Capitan and later that you've already signed in to using two-factor authentication.

Are you the original owner and do you have your purchase receipt with its serial number on it? If yes on both, Apple support may help you with your problem. See these support possibilities:
