How to hide or set a passcode for “Settings”
Is there a way to do this ?

No. You set up a 6 digit passcode to lock your entire phone.
Does apple plan to add the function for a kid using iPad? Can’t stop them to open the settings
I tried to find it in the screen time, but it seems no option for locking some of the system default apps
