I wanted to delete an email address that I cancelled & inadvertently closed my iTunes account, how do I reinstall it?

Rosemary,

Deleting an account is fairly involved ( see here: How to delete your Apple ID account - Apple Support ) so it is probably not really closed. If you can't log in, contact Apple Support.
