ghost touch in iphone 7 plus

I have a iPhone 7 plus without guarantee.I was playing with that till finish the battery then I had connected it to the power. when it get fully charged I found out, the phone get ghost touch.

I drain the battery and leave it for a couple of hours then charge with its adapter , again I had ghost touch, I did forced reboot, erase all setting and content, still have ghost touch.

the thing I'v surprised, when the iPhone is connected to the power (adapter) there is no ghost touch and when I disconnect it from the battery ghost touch will come.

any body knows what to do?
