Why can't I log in with my apple ID and password? I can't get into the app, but it's still sharing my location with my friends. I just want to log in :( My password and ID are absolutely correct.
Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
Log in where? What happens when you try? Error message(s)? More information would help.
when I login to the app with my apple ID and password, all I get is "login error". Its definitely my apple ID and password though and I have no problem logging in on other devices.
