iCloud on my IOS device

Can you just have a look this photo because my iCloud account have a problem when I wanna update the app in the AppStore but it’s just show me like a picture below and I already to fix this problem but I couldn’t and it’s said “ the security had been an account by some reason “. I don’t understand why, so can you fix and unlock for me, pls? Thanks
