macBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) , external hdmi display keep flickering

Am using MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019), and connecting that using HDMI cable to Sony TV. External connection keep flickering. Some one can suggest some solution for this. I have already tested with PRM reset
