Name a IPhone photo - With file name

How do I name a photo taken with my IPhone. For example: I must submit my Examination diploma, and want to call the photo file: «Ivar - Master diploma»

Save it to Files App. Re-name it there and bring it back to Camera Roll (Recent Photos / All Photos).
