Unable to Install Update -- Apple Watch

Hi everybody!


Okay, I have been trying to update my watch for the last couple weeks. I have followed the suggestions from Apple about restarting the watch, the phone, the update, etc. I have deleted the update from the phone/watch, restarted the install. I have deleted apps thinking there isn't enough space for the update in the watch.


I'm attaching the screenshot of the error. It really doesn't go into specifics what the error involves. I'm trying to install watchOS 6.2.1. I'm just dumbfounded what it could be. It has always updated overnight with zero issues.


Any other suggestions?

Have you tried the steers in this article:

If you see "Unable to install update" when trying to update Apple Watch Series 1 or Series 2 - Apple Support


If so, you might try installing the update directly on your watch without using the iPhone. See the "Update directly on your Apple Watch" section in:

Update your Apple Watch - Apple Support
