18 w charger

Can I charge my iPhone 7 with 18 watt charger? It’ll effect my battery health or not?

If by "18w charger" you are referring to the official Apple USB-C power adapter, then not only will it charge your phone, but it has a built-in feature to prevent over-charging it. However, it will NOT "fast charge" an iPhone 7. As you are probably already aware, the iPhone 7 came with a 5w power adapter.
