I can’t add my payment method

I tried it since morning it keeps on writing that

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I see you're having an issue with adding a payment method to your Apple ID, and I'd like to help out.


When entering a payment method, make sure to use the exact same address that your financial institution shows for the billing address. Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods


If you're still receiving the same message, try using Wi-Fi instead of cellular data. Also verify that cellular data is enabled at Settings > Cellular > Settings. Check the cellular data usage on your iPhone and iPad

Yes. The card information needs to match what the financial institution has on file.


If you don't have a card to use, you can use an iTunes & App Store gift card. Redeem App Store & iTunes Gift Cards and content codes


Or, if you don't plan on making any purchases, then you can choose None.
