Update IOS 13.4.2

I see you corrected the version. If you can't update your iPhone over the air, use your home computer with iTunes to update your iPhone.

You don’t need a Mac.

You can use a PC with iTunes installed.

You must use a Wi-Fi connection for updates.

I did it previously and the update showing was of 3.79gb which is version 13.4.1 and now again the update of 13.5.1 is 3.93gb why is it so i am not able to update via phone it has paused on update requested
