How do I get the onscreen keyboard to show while I have a bluetooth keyboard connected so I can use voice recognition? I don’t want to have to turn the Bluetooth keyboard on and off.

Hello,
Press and hold the circumflex on the far right of the Shortcuts Bar on the bottom of iPad’s display > The on-screen keyboard will now appear.
When you tap the circumflex it will hide the Shortcuts Bar. If you press and hold the circumflex it will display the on-screen keyboard.

Thanks for your reply. If you mean this bar which appears when you type,
that doesn’t work. When I hit the character on the far right, it just makes the bar disappear. Was I misunderstanding you?
