How can I change the default folder color on my mac?

I know i can change the color for every folder one by one, but how do I change the color for all of the folders at the same time? Also when creating a new folder I would like it to be in the default color I chose for the entire system.

You would have to, somehow, find the system resource for every folder and edit them. They're very likely in the System folder. Since that is set to read only in Catalina, you won't be able to edit them even if you managed to figure out where they are.
