If you still have access to the iPad - and can open Settings - your AppleID may be visible on any one of these pages:
If you’re locked-out at the Activation Lock page, you’ll see a hint - from which, if you are the bona-fide owner, you should be able to identify your AppleID primary email address.

No its was lock by my sister i connect the iturn and reset it now it ask to connect itune to activation lock
