Adding a call

I can only add one other person when I make a call. I can only have 3 people on the phone at once. add a call. My "+" add call button gets " grayed out" if I try and add a 4th person. Please advise.

Merging another call after one call drops problem iphone6,only that I can merge the call but cannot manage individual calls anymore after merging. I would ask your carrier, for normal calls it's their setup which decide
