You sent out an email two days ago saying for a limited time you are giving us Apple TV+. However, yesterday when we tried to use it we could only use it for TWO episodes of a show! Please let me know how long we are having it for free.

Apple TV Plus has a standard trial of 7 days. Those who purchase a qualifying device from Apple or an authorized reseller will be able to claim an offer for 12 months free. Most shows on Apple TV Plus will have 2 or 3 episodes available to view without an active subscription.
