password

so i changed my password today, like an idiot, and completely forgot about what i changed it to - i've been trying to 'recover' my iPhone for two hours now but it simply won't let me, overtime the apple logo comes on the screen again, i get a pop up from iTunes saying "the iPhone could not be restored. an unknown error occurred (9)." - my wifi is fine, and there's no option to speak to apple staff at the minute. i'm really freaking stressed please help
