Icloud login alert

Hi. In this month i got 2 times icloud login alert Even I’m using 2 step authentication. I didn’t receive any message why this is happening? Is my phone on risk ? I’m attatching screenshot of mail

iCloud security If somebody somehow gets hold of my iCloud password, they can login to my iCloud. It's not going to happen but if it does the security measure is that I get sent an email telling me someone has logged in. That email is sent to my iCloud email. They have managed to log into my iCloud, so all they have to do is delete it from inside my iCloud mail app and I will never see it. So it is useless. I can't see a way of getting that warning email sent anywhere else? Am I missing something?

no. It was actually login. When i changed password. System ask me to logout from other devices
