app can not using wifi

I have a problem with the application that I made. in some iphone my application cannot connect to the server when using wifi, but can connect to the server when using mobile data. What is wrong?

For your Internet connection.

Over Cellular: contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider). The agency who issued the SIM to you
Over WiFI: Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider), the agency who provided the Internet Service on your Modem/Router to you

Thankyou Sir, but I mean, at the same time, same iPhone, this apps can run and accessing data through internet with mobile data. But can not accessing data through internet with wifi.

But, at the same time, other apps like Whatsapp still running and can send receive message through internet with the same wifi.

This problem is not happen in all iPhone.

So, what must to change the setting in the problem's iPhone?

If this is with an app you developed, there must be some problem with the app program. You may want to post this in the developer’s forum to see if they can help you troubleshoot your coding.
