UNABLE TO CONNECT WITH MACBOOK

Each time I try to connect my iPhone to my macbook, I’m unable to do so. It kept “connected””disconnected”. It has been this way eversince I got my phone. However, I tried other users phone, it works like normal. Please assist.


in addition, my phone is still under warranty

iPhone 11, iOS 13

Verify you are using a Apple Branded cable that shipped with your iPhone.


Use the Finder to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your ...



Sync content between your Mac and iPhone or iPad - Apple ...


If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod ...


Locate and view your connected device on your computer ...
