11 pro max phone

I have a 11 pro max and the letters are big , can’t turn off phone.

For the size issue, Try Settings > Display and Brightness > Text Size

If you spread your thumb and first finger apart, place them on the screen, and then swipe them to touch each other, does that reduce the size of the letters? Can you then turn off the phone?
