I got an archaic lightning cable with my new IPhone 11. Doesn’t fit into any plug except for the charging adapter. Never thought Apple would do that. I’ve called customer service, went through the prompts, was told to wait for a representative, but after almost a half hour of listening to music, no one answered so I hung up. What to do???

If you're talking about iPhone 11 PRO or 11 PRO MAX, they use a "Lightning" to USB-C connector cable, but to connect those models to a USB-A port, you need a standard (old) Lightning to USB cable.
