I have a iPhone 11Max and I want to know how to delete prior group text messages. Each time I want to sent a text to one person there name always comes up as a group text. Does my phone have a feature to do this?

What I have experienced is when you keep using the iPhone regularly the contacts with whom you interact recently and regularly will only appear here.
If you do not interact with a contact then it will disappear automatically.
