Iphone storage full

I had 13 gb left in iPhone7 and it shows iphone storage full and today i purchase 50 gb for 75 rupees from istore but it still shows iphone storage full.

There is a difference between the iCloud storage you purchased

And the storage on your device buying more iCloud storage does not free up space on your device by itself.

You are confused. You cannot increase the physical memory on iPhone. You purchased iCloud storage, which permits you to sync more data with iCloud. There is no way to increase the memory on an iPhone. If you are running low in space, you'll have delete things you don't need or use, such as photos, videos, apps, text message, books, emails, notes, etc.
