i try to download the new mac os Catalina on my Mac (Macbook Pro with touch bar) but i can't do it. I try to find the upgrade in the preferences and in the app store. When i try to "buy" catalina from apple store i see this windows with the message: " Macos version is not available".
There is someone that can help me?

Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc. Login and download.

In Safe mode third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled, it removes malware, etc hampering smooth operation, however a reboot will put it back to normal mode.
I try to do this but when i'm in safe mode is the same, always the same error ...
