Having problems with ITUNES account

I had problems with my account yesterday it was locked and resolved by Apple but I still can't access Netflix. I contacted them but they said Apple had to restore. Please advise.

Why can’t you access Netflix? What happens when you try? Do you get an error?

Can you access the itunes store, and app store correctly and download media and Apps?
