That, and the return email address. You don't even need to see the entire thing to know it's not Apple.
Actually, I get that notification every time I sign into iCloud (which I only do via my browser). I only do it about once a week (since I don't use it) to check for spam; and then I always get the email. I guess Apple does not expect you to use iCloud via a browser. I just tested it - and here is my email:

It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message, as an attachment to Apple.
If you provided your Apple ID and password at the bogus site, change your password immediately.
