iPhone virus

I opened up an instant message that was spam although I did not fill in the Facebook name and password I’m afraid that I caught a virus on my iPhone 7 Plus after I realize what was happening I shut my phone down immediately. Am I in danger of having a virus

No, there are no viruses that can infect an iPhone unless you have jailbroken it. Just delete the message.
