For the last week I’ve been getting notification s saying these apps are not assigned to me, anyone have an idea of what is going on? I don’t even have these apps on my phone.

I understand you're getting some alerts from the App Store saying specific apps are no longer assigned to you. I'm happy to help you out with this.
Did you recently uninstall a configuration profile, or do you currently have profiles installed on your iPhone? If you aren't sure, you can check in Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management. It's possible you could be seeing these alerts due to content managed through that profile. Apps can be remotely assigned and unassigned.
