How do I fix MS Excel displaying upside down & backwards since installing Catalina on my MacBook?

I believe I have Office 2016 for MacBook.

I now have MacOS Catalina version 10.15.4

Will someone please help me with this?

Update to Big Sur and Microsoft I updated to MacOS BigSur (11.4) and Word is working OK, but Excel is not. Specifically, Excel spreadsheets are showing as upside down and backwards and I can't get them rotated to readable/usable position. What do I need to do to have Excel be usable again? Thanks.
