people are calling me and say they hear the phone ringing but no call is coming in or showing as a missed call. It will eventually to to voice mail. I have reset settings, turned the phone on and off, it’s not on do not disturb or on silent. It’s not every call but it’s too many. I can make calls with no problem. I have version 13.4.1

I tried most of those on the list, but when I try to check my Call Forwarding setting, it won’t load. I can make calls just fine and receive voicemails from those calling me but their call never comes in on my phone. I don’t even get notified about a missed call. Thank you, I will try calling my carrier
The same thing is happening to me, I have the SE2. My call forwarding setting won’t load either so I’m not sure if that’s it. I’m also on 13.4.1
Have you checked Settings>Phone>Silence Unknown Callers? This will silence calls from callers that are not in your Contacts.
I’ve checked that setting and it’s not on. Numbers that are saved onto my contacts aren’t going through but I am receiving FaceTime calls normally.
